At Microsoft Enterprise Services, we are committed to protecting your privacy, we collect data to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences from our services.Microsoft Enterprise Services uses the information you provide you with the services we offer,which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences.

Microsoft Enterprise Services will not share the information you provide with third parties without your permission except where necessary to complete the services or transactions you have requested, or as required by law.

Microsoft Enterprise Services is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above.

This application contains personal information such as information that permits an individual to be identified or contacted (such as name, e-mail address). Personal information must be used for legitimate business-related purposes only. Any person who uses, transfers or stores employee personal information must act in accordance with, a Microsoft Corporation Employee Agreement (in the case of Microsoft employees) or a Temporary Agency Worker Agreement (in the case of contingent staff). Any use, transfer or storage of personal information must be in accordance with (i) the Microsoft privacy policies contained in the Privacy Handbook (http://privacy) if you are a Microsoft employee or the data protection language in your contract if you are a Microsoft vendor; (ii) the terms of any privacy statement(s) under which the information was originally collected; (iii) and any contact or other usage preferences expressed by the individual to whom the information relates.

The fields marked Confidential shall be considered confidential and proprietary, regardless of the information and content, and shall only be used and/or disclosed as part of duties. To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under laws, it is understood to not to disclose the confidential information to anyone unless required to do so by law.

You may come in contact with confidential information however as part of confidentiality understanding of your duties, you should undertake to keep in strict confidence any information regarding any client, employee, business or any other organization that comes to attention

Its understood to never remove any confidential material of any kind from the tool unless authorized as part of duties.

The confidential information may be shared outside the account team. You need to make sure that any sensitive customer data should not be stored in the tool.

Please seek guidance from Privacy Lead whenever unsure of the correct decision regarding the appropriate use and confidentiality of information before any action that might compromise the confidentiality and also report any incidents of non-compliance.
